Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Classense, we ensure that every order is packed and delivered with care. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand timelines and processes clearly.
1. Order Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 6–9 business days
Timelines may vary due to festivals, weather conditions, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD) includes an additional fee
- COD orders are confirmed only via WhatsApp
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive the courier partner name, tracking link, and AWB number. Tracking details become active within 12–24 hours after dispatch.
5. Delays
If a shipment exceeds its estimated timeline, Classense will coordinate with the courier partner. Refunds or replacements are issued only after courier investigation.
6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
- Incorrect address details may result in delay or return
- Re-delivery depends on courier policy
- Reshipping charges may apply
7. Damaged Shipment
If your parcel arrives damaged, record a full unboxing video and report the issue within 24 hours. Refunds or replacements are processed only after verification.
