SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 6–9 business days
Timelines may vary due to festivals, weather, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping applies to prepaid orders.
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) includes an additional fee.
- COD is confirmed only through WhatsApp. Unconfirmed COD orders will not be processed.
Tracking Information
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link, courier partner name, and AWB number. Tracking becomes active within 12–24 hours after dispatch.
Delays
If a shipment exceeds its estimated timeline, Classense will coordinate with the courier. Refunds or replacements are issued only after courier investigation.
Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If the customer enters an incorrect address, the shipment may be delayed or returned. In case of a failed attempt, another delivery may be attempted depending on courier policy. Reshipping charges may apply if a new shipment is required.
Damaged Shipment
If a parcel arrives damaged, record a full unboxing video and report the issue within 24 hours. Replacements or Refunds are issued only after quality verification.
